    • Keynote: Yellowstone National Park Superintendent Cam Sholly will share details of Yellowstone’s record June 2022 flood event and the park’s response and recovery. He’ll also highlight additional infrastructure improvement projects from Yellowstone and across the NPS.

2023 IECA National Conference Information

February 5 – 8, 2023 | Kansas City Convention Center | Kansas City, Missouri

We are excited to announce that the International Erosion Control Association (IECA) and the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) will co-locate the Geosynthetics Conference with the IECA Annual Conference & Expo in Kansas City, Missouri, February 5 – 8, 2023. The combined conferences are anticipated to attract over 3,000 attendees and double the exhibition area for both associations.

A One Day Pass includes: access to technical sessions, the expo hall, continental breakfast, lunch, refreshment break and reception where applicable only on the day you register for.

  • Expo Hall Only Pass: $120

This pass does not include any education, except access to the Contractors Corner or meal functions. It only allows an attendee to visit the exhibit hall while it is open.

February 27-28 ND Reclamation Conference 

We are excited to release the agenda for the 2023 ND Reclamation Conference February 27-28 at the Astoria Event Center in Dickinson, ND.

This will bring together those working on reclamation in the region to discuss restoration in challenging environments. Our keynote speaker is Dr. Elise Gornish, Ecological Restoration Specialist at the University of Arizona. Her keynote address will focus on restoration successes and failures and how we can use this information to make restoration better. The conference will include a general session focused on site characterization and how it influences reclamation success. As well as, breakout sessions on reclamation in saline and sodic conditions and sensitive environments.
